PAYMENT TERMS

Billing Structure:

• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

• Services auto-renew unless canceled in writing prior to the next billing cycle

• Accounts past due 10+ days may face service interruptions

NO REFUNDS

Unless explicitly agreed to in writing, Rouillard Media LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to this policy and waive any right to chargebacks or refunds for completed or in-progress work.

NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES

We offer high-performance marketing strategies, but we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or outcomes. Any case studies or testimonials are illustrative of past performance and should not be considered promises of future success.

You acknowledge that:

• Your results depend on numerous variables outside our control (such as your offer, budget, market conditions, or audience behavior).

• All Services are used at your own discretion and risk.

• All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind—express or implied.

CONSENT TO USE INFORMATION

• Make defamatory or disparaging statements about Rouillard Media LLC, its team, or its services

Violation of this clause may result in damages of $5,000 per incident plus applicable injunctive relief.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site—including but not limited to graphics, funnels, copy, branding, layouts, strategies, documents, downloads, and code—is owned by Rouillard Media LLC and protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may:

• View the content for internal business use

• Download deliverables explicitly created for you

You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, copy, or distribute any Rouillard Media materials

• Share access to client portals, internal documents, or custom strategies

• Use our materials to create derivative works or competitive services

Violation of this policy may result in legal action and termination of access.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed under California law, Rouillard Media LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or this site.

You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Service.

MISCELLANEOUS

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with exclusive jurisdiction in Orange County.
